Enable your listing that was created to be active on the web site. Any listing
that was created by the owner (current or in the past) is in the Upper
Valley Rental database and can be activated at any time.

What "Deactivate Listing" means?

Answer:

Take off your ad from the web site at anytime. For example: if you
rent the property within 4 weeks and don't want any more calls, you
may deactivate. If you do not "activate" the ad after the 4 week
duration is complete, the ad will be deactivated.

What "Update Listing" means?

Answer:

Allows you to make any change after a listing has been entered.
For example: Let's assume you have a listing and you decided to reduce the rent
price, this option will give you the ability to do so without re-entering all the
information from the start.

What "Delete Listing" means?

Allows you to delete an entry from the database completely. If you want to re-list
this listing, you will need to go to "Create A Listing" and enter all information
again. For Example: Let's assume you have a property listed but sold it, you can
delete the entry completely.
