CONTEST NAME: Introduction

TERM: The Contest will run bi-weekly, starting Monday 12:00 A.M. ET to Sunday 11:59 P.M. ET. Winner will be selected only when enough user register to win.

PRIZES: Includes gift certificate from local companies from NH and VT, for example a gift certificate to a local restaurant.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST: Signed up for the contest on the web site you are automatically entered into the Introduction. You must agree ("opt-in") to receive Email regarding information related to The Company and its partners.

LIMIT OF SUBMISSIONS: Each person is allowed one registration per week. However, The Company encourages each individual to submit a registration each week. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible.

The Company is not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects in part or whole, delays in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for any technical or non-technical network, telephonic, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate or partial transmission of or failure to receive entry information by The Company on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any web site or any combination thereof. The Company is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials, or for mail-in entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage-due. All entries become The Company's property and will not be returned. The Company reserves the right to cancel temporarily or permanently the electronic method of the contest.

DISQUALIFICATION: All of your entries in this and all other contests sponsored by The Company in the past, present, or future, will be automatically disqualified without notice or recourse if you promote the Contest through unsolicited commercial Email, multiple repetitive postings to UseNet Newsgroups or even one posting to inappropriate UseNet Newsgroups or any other violation of Acceptable Use Policy. Any violation of such Acceptable Use Policy will prevent you from entering any future contest sponsored by The Company.

All of your entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of The Company, if you attempt (i) to enter the Introduction Contest through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the Introduction Contest, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the Introduction Contest. If either of the above occurs, The Company has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ELIGIBILITY: All legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the closing date of the Introduction Contest may participate in this Introduction Contest, or if you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental/guardian consent to enter the contest. By entering this Introduction Contest you represent to The Company that you are either at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent/guardian. Employees of The Company and its immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this Introduction Contest. By registering to win the prize, the winner grants The Company permission to use his/her name (including screen name) and likeness for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). Unaccepted prizes may not be awarded. This Introduction Contest is subject to these complete and Official Rules.

SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected in an electronically randomized manner on the afternoon of Monday for the Introduction Contest. The winner will be listed on our web site (www.nhvtclassified.com) at the day of the drawing, and has 7 days to contact The Company regarding their prize. The Company reserves the right to modify scheduling of the Introduction Contest without prior notice. If the judges determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the giveaway, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Limit one prize per person per month. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days from the day of winning and listed on the web site. Failure to return the affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry. The Company may require winners to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the e-mail addresses used to enter the Introduction Contest. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified.

NOTIFICATION: Prize winners will be listed on our web site The Company's (www.nhvtclassified.com) with their Name, City, State, and The Company is under no obligation to notify winners by any other means. If a potential winner does not contact The Company within 14 days from the listed to the web site day, such person will be disqualified. Any unclaimed prizes will be added to the price pool.

REDEMPTION: The winner will pick up the price at our location after setting an appointment. A picture will be taken during that time which will be posted on the site. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by The Company, who also reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

CONDITIONS: By participating in the Introduction Contest, you agree to release and hold The company and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Introduction Contest or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This Introduction Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The company and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Introduction Contest or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Introduction Contest, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by The company, whose decisions shall be final. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

If, for any reason, the Introduction Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Company which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Introduction Contest, The Company reserve the right to terminate the online portion of the promotion. The Company and Partner(s) reserve the right through decision by the The Company to disqualify any entry determined to be the result of tampering with the nhvtclassified.com system or in violation of the letter and spirit of the official rules.
